Summary
Pastel and pencil, on paper, Miss J.F. White by Edmund Havell the younger (Reading 1819 – 1894). Signed and dated 1847. Pair to DUN/D/59. Unframed head and shoulders pencil portrait with red highlights and white detail; her head is turned slightly right (looking to her left) and she wears a wide collar and sash/tie fastened with a brooch at the chest and ringlets. Signed 'E. Havell' in the bottom left corner with '1847 no. 10' handwritten in pencil on the bottom right corner.
