Summary
Eleven saucers from a tea service made by Wedgwood with a 'chequer border' design, with green ring. The set, mainly supplied by Heal & Son, London, consists of eleven cups (a), eleven saucers (b), twelve small plates (c), thirteen medium plates (d) and twenty-six large plates (e).

Stamford collection; devised to the National Trust by Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford (1896-1976).
