Three-quarter-length, portrait of a man, seated, turned to the left, left profile, wearing a black frockcoat, cream waistcoat, and grey trousers. His left arm is leaning on a table, his left hand holds some papers in his lap. Short dark hair, side parting, moustache. In leather case.
