Summary
A black and white photograph showing Landrail with saddle and bridle standing with a groom in front of three trees. The groom wears jacket with top button fastened over a waistcoat and trousers, a peaked cap and striped neckchief. Contained in a black scrap book belonging to the Hon. Violet Agar-Robartes with newspaper cuttings of her horses between 1919 and 1934. (LAN.MS.30 - 890254)
Provenance
This scrap book belonged to the Hon. Violet Agar-Robartes and came to the National Trust when Lanhydrock was given to them by the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden, in 1953.
