Contained in large green photograph album with gold banding on spine and corners, with thirty gilt edged pages containing seventy five photographs of European visits by F. Tupper and R. Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there with his two sisters, Everilda and Violet, until his death in 1966. This album was signed by Mary Clilfden, his mother, in 1911, but is thought to have belonged to her elder unmarried brother, Reginald Dickinson.
