Summary
Studio photograph, threequarter length, of two young dark haired women, one in a green tinted dress who has her arm around the shoulders of a girl wearing tinted pink dress. c.1860 In embossed folding maroon leatherette case fastened with two clasps, the interior of purple velvet, the photograph with gilt mount and metal surround. Photographer's name on back of case.
Provenance
Possibly a gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
