Summary

Sepia photograph of Oban taken from a hill and showing the town and hills beyond, the railway station and port in the foreground. There are sailing boats and sail/steam ships in the bay. Possibly an illustration.

Provenance

Possibly a gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953, and remained living in the house until his death in 1966.
