Summary
Photograph of the four youngest Agar-Robartes children in an open carriage taken in summer in front of Lanhydrock house. The Hon. Violet Agar-Robartes, 1888-1965, is sitting in the back with the Hon. Constance Agar-Robartes, 1890-1936, standing and the Hon. Cecil Agar-Robartes, 1892-1939, sitting on the front seat; sitting on the step of the carriage is the Hon. Alexander Agar-Robartes, 1895-1930, holding a pale short haired terrier. They are dressed as in LAN.PH.1535.27 and LAN.PH.1535.29. 1898 Contained in a photograph album with front and back covers in tan fabric, the spine and corners of dark brown leatherette with gold tooling.

From photographs identified this album belonged to a member of the family and was a gift of the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
