Summary
Photograph of the interior of a private study with window just visible on right. Fireplace in corner of the room next to the window with rows of small head and shoulder photographs and two boaters above. On the left is a small cupboard, chair and table with more photographs, including one of Viscountess Clifden and one of the Hon.Mary Vere Agar-Robartes in her presentation dress, and on the walls are four large photographs, including one of Lanhydrock, the Rules of the Eton Society, with canes, and a boater above. A padded wicker chair is in front of the fireplace. Contained in a rectangular dark red leather album with gold shield on front and gold letters 'F.G.A.-R./1896-1902'.
Provenance
This album belonged to the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
