Summary
Photograph of nine young men/school boys in rowing skiff on river, eight with oars and the cox on the right. A man standing in punt on the far right holds a pole to the skiff. All are looking towards the camera. On far bank a white horse is grazing in field in front of group of buildings, trees to the left. The Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, is second from the left. Contained in a rectangular dark red leather album with gold shield on front and gold letters 'F.G.A.-R./1896-1902'.
Provenance
This album belonged to the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
