Studio photograph of a young woman, the Hon. Violet Agar-Robartes, 1888-1965, wearing satin dress with bows down front and roses around hem, the three-quarter length sleeves of lace with satin ribbons; she wears a long pearl necklace draped over one of the bows and is carying closed fan in her right hand. Her dark hair is in ringlets.

A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953.
