Summary
Silver coloured presentation key presented to Viscount Clifden on the occasion of the opening of the new headquarters of The St John Ambulance Division at Redruth on Thursday 21st April 1938. In leather presentation box. lined in velvet and silk. The key is inscribed. Piece of paper in box.
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there with his sisters, Everilda and Violet, until his death in 1988.
