Six ribbons/sashes are pinned to the wall, together with photographs and two framed posters, above a cabinet/table covered with a checked fringed cloth and on which stand two pots and a jug. Two caps hang above a large framed photograph/picture, just visible on right of photograph. In the right hand corner is a wicker arm chair with cushions. A floor-length curtain is on the left. Contained in an olive green Kodak photograph album containing family photographs, c.1898
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, who gave the house to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there until his death.
