Summary
A photograph of a white dog, a smooth coated terrier, standing on a wooden bench in the gardens at Lanhydrock. The view is from one end of the bench which has wooden slats and two scrolled wrought iron handles. A tennis raquet and ball is lying on the bench at the far end. Trees and shrubs just visible behind. Contained in an olive green Kodak photograph album containing family photographs, c.1898
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, who gave the house to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there until his death.
