Summary
A photograph of Lanhydrock, east front, taken from the park and show a large country house with north and south wings, partially hidden by clipped yew trees and a crenallated wall; church on right of photograph. Smoke is coming from some of the chimneys. Hill beyond with bare trees silhouted on the skyline. Park in foreground. Contained in an olive green Kodak photograph album containing family photographs, c.1898
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, who gave the house to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there until his death.
