Julia Caroline Everilda Agar-Robartes (1880-1969) in the front, and the Hon. Edith Violet Kathleen Agar Robartes (1888-1965) or The Hon Constance Margaret Agar-Robartes (1890-1936) sitting on the thatch, with two ladies on either side. Another girl sits on the ground on the left and a boy, the Hon. Edward Cecil Agar-Robartes (1892-1939) sits on the ground on the right wearing striped blazer and hat.

Cricketers can be seen in the distance. c.1900 Contained in a faded black photograph album with the word 'Photographs' in gilt across front cover and each page containing a square cut out space for photograph.

Provenance

Given by the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953 and who continued to live in the house with his two sisters, Everilda and Violet, until his death in 1966.
