Mother-of-pearl veneered visiting or calling card case with central panel made up of diamond and triangular shaped pieces, surrounded by dark and light triangular pieces of mother-of-pearl. Two broken/missing. Body of bone/ivory. Top plate. Hinge end broken. Inside case a green card from Regent Street, London W.1./Liberty and Co./Regent 1234. and handwritten on other side, "Tortoiseshell and Ivory House/24. Chiltern Street, Baker Street, London W.1. (underlined) / for Repair".
