Lid for a casket, domed lid decorated with 13 flowers, 7 on lid and 6 on base, flat end handles and four feet; one of fifteen items of silver filigree contained in display case with mirrored back, blue velvet base and glass lid.
Provenance
acquired on transfer of the house to the National Trust. Can be seen in a black and white photograph of the Long Gallery taken in the 1940's.
