Silver plated folding biscuit box the two halves each with a pierced grill and shaped like scallop shells. Patent No. 15 Jan. 1877.
Provenance
A gift from Victor Agar-Robartes, 8th Viscount Clifden, after the death of his sister, Everilda, in 1969. He did not wish to live at Lanhydrock so those items not already given by the 7th Viscount Clifden were either sold or acquired by the Trust.
