Summary
Steinway Model B Grand piano No.550 in a faded rosewood veneer case. Made in 1926, but reconditioned by Steinway in 1970-71 and turned legs and fret music desk added at the same time.
Provenance
Bought for Lanhydrock by Michael Trinick from Steinway, secondhand, in 1971 and paid for by a gift of £1,000 from Miss M. Radford, St. Anthony-in-Roseland, Portscatho, in memory of her sister, together with the piano stool (LAN.F.177) See correspondence on file dating from 14th December 1970 with Mr. Allen of Steinway and Sons, 1 and 2 St. George Street, Hanover Square, London W1R 9DG.
