Jewellery case - An almost square blue/green and gilt case, the base with small gold(?) hook and being lined with cream velvet and the lid with cream silk. Inscribed inside lid, LONGHAM AND STRONGI'TH'ARM/(crown)/WATERLOO PLACE, PALL MALL/AND/WIDDOWSON AND VEALE/FROM 73 STRAND. Part of the contents of Captain The Hon. Thomas (Tommy) Agar-Robartes's dressing case (LAN.L.131) which was sent back from France after his death in 1915.
