Provenance

acquired during transfer of the house to the National Trust. Mr. F.H. Dickinson was the father of Mary Dickinson who married The Hon. Thomas Charles Agar-Robartes in 1878, and later became Viscountess Clifden, mother of the 7th and 8th Viscounts Clifden.
