Photograph, Viscountess Clifden's Own Baden Powells' Boy Scouts with Mary Dickinson, Viscountess Clifden (1853-1921) and Thomas Charles Agar-Robartes, 6th Viscount Clifden (1844-1930). Framed family photograph of a group of young scouts and their scout master, the Guard of Honour at Cambridge Rally, with Lord and Lady Clifden seated before them with two other adults. 1915. Also listed under LAN.PH.5219 as all photographs have individual PH inventory numbers.
Provenance
A gift from the Hon. Gerald Agar-Robartes, later 7th Viscount Clifden, 1883-1966, who gave Lanhydrock to the National Trust in 1953 and continued to live there with his sisters, Everilda and Violet, until his death in 1966.
