Summary

(Folio 4, recto, lower right print) Venus in a niche, standing on a conch shell, with Cupid to her left. From Mythological Gods and Goddesses.

Provenance

At Saltram by 1771 and thence by descent to Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley and given to NT as part of the Endowment following transfer in 1957.
