Summary

An illuminated address to the Hon. Montagu B. Parker, Lieut. 3rd Battalion Grenadier Guards, from the inhabitants of Plympton St Mary and Plympton St Maurice on his safe return from the Boar War in South Africa, dated 9th December 1902. In a gilt and plaster frame, decorated with flag and medal. Ink and watercolour on paper.

Provenance

At Saltram by 1902 and thence by descent to Monatgu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley and given to NT as part of the endowment following the transfer in 1957.
