Summary

Watercolour on paper, English River scene with cattle and two castles in the distance by Frances Talbot, Countess of Morley (Wymondham 1782 - ?Saltram 1857). A river scene, cattle and poplar trees on one side, and a castle and other buildings surmounting the bank on the right. In a 19th century giltwood and plaster frame.

Given to NT as part of the endowment by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley.
