Summary
Cardboard tube holding knife polish, has metal base and pierced metal lid with seven holes. A label covers the tube having a green background with an engraved portrait of a gentleman in the centre, either side is a lion rampant with the words WELLINGTON KNIFE POLISH MANUFACTURED BY JOHN OAKEY AND SONS LIMITED, WELLINGTON EMERY AND BLACK LEAD MILLS LONDON surounding. The rear is printed with DIRECTIONS FOR USE in a rectangular panel in white. Poor condition, rusting metal parts, torn label and dirty generally. No polish remains.
