Summary
A mahogany and mosaic fitted shelf, British, designed by Patrick Gwynne, circa 1930s, the fitted along a curved wall, with mahogany frieze and mosaic (later) inset top, fitted with two circular mirrors in ebonised wood frames on black-painted steel tubular stands. The shelf top was originally lined with linoleum which was later replaced with mosaic tiles.
Provenance
The Homewood and some of its contents were given to the National Trust by Patrick Gwynne in 1999.
