Summary
An oval rosewood, maple and steel cabinet, British, designed by Patrick Gwynne, circa 1960s, the oval rosewood top above a white-painted maple tambour door, all mounted in a black-painted steel square-section frame terminating in four steel legs, the mahogany-lined interior with shelf and vertical divisions for sheet music. Specifically designed by Patrick Gwynne to store sheet music beside the piano at The Homewood.
Provenance
The Homewood and some of its contents were given to the National Trust by Patrick Gwynne in 1999.
