Summary

Ministry of Labour and National Service Essential Work (General Provisions) Order 1942.4. The order grants permission for the employer of Miss D M Hunter to terminate her employment as a machine operator. Miss Hunter was working in a munitions factory in Reading and later married Ernest Chennell. Part of the Ernest Walter Chennell Collection.
