Outer leather case for rectangular toilet box fastened by two brass buckles and central belt. Tooled decoration to lid.

Provenance

Darby collection. Part of complete toilet set in original box, a wedding present from Alfred Darby to his new wife Rebecca Christy (Lady Labouchere's great-grandmother), given in November 1847.
