Summary
Small sized circular hard paste porcelain saucer. Transfer printed outline with four hand painted panels of pastoral scenes and floral sprays, around centre floral motif. Gilt scroll borders.
Provenance
Darby collection. Given to Lady Labouchere by her grandmother, Alice Mary Darby, as a child, along a small wall-mounted cabinet and small collection of different pieces of porcelain. This follows a tradition begun by Lady Labouchere's great uncles with the desire to inspire the children to acquire the eye of a collector.
