Summary
Red leather photograph box with gold detailing containing 57 carte de visite prints. In two parts - the upper half, on which 'PHOTOGRAPHS' is written in gold, is detachable from the base. The inside is of red card and red leather. Written in gold on inside of lower half, 'W. & J. MILNE, Makers. 126 Princess St. EDINBURGH'.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
