Summary
A rosewood three-tier whatnot, English, circa 1860. The top tier with pierced scrolling fret-carved three-quarter gallery, the centre tier fitted with a drawer, each tier raised on spiral-turned columns with baluster-turned supports in between, standing on turned tapering legs with brass castors.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
