Summary
A walnut nursing chair, English, circa 1850. Upholstered in needlework, the rectangular back centred with a cartouche surrounded by scrolls, the square seat raised on tapering turned legs with brass castors.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
