Summary
One of a set of eleven simulated rosewood dining chairs, English, circa 1815. Each with rosette-centred bar toprail and pierced splat set with twin roundels, between part rope-twist uprights, the drop in padded seat within a reeded frame and raised on reeded tapering legs.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
