Summary
A mahogany linen press, English, circa 1820. The arched cornice crossbanded and inlaid with a diamond and squares of palmwood within boxwood lines, above a pair of doors with oval panels and enclosing sliding trays, the lower section with two short and two long drawers, standing on swept bracket feet, the handles not the original.

Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
