Summary
A small oak hall table, English, probably designed by Anthony Salvin, circa 1843. The moulded rectangular top crossbanded in ebonised oak and above an arched ogee-shaped frieze, raised on baluster-turned tapering legs joined by a wavy X-shaped stretcher with a central urn finial and standing on onion and ball feet. Similar to NT 790917, with the exception of the ebonised banding to the top surface.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
