Summary
A silver chalice with embossed stylised leaves on the stem by W. Herbert Durst. The cup is set on an openwork round base with four angels inset therein. Commisioned in 1929 by John Louis Behrend (1881-1972) and (Phyllis) Mary Sandham, Mrs Behrend (1884-1977). For the work, J.L. Behrend was billed for 2500 Lire (including the associated Paten) on 4 July 1930.
