Summary
A calendar with original blue paper cover and basic string binding, of all the prisoners in the house of correction at Preston, the thirtieth day of April, 1821, by William Liddell, Governor. Annotations in pen and brown ink by Thomas Dalrymple Hesketh, 3rd Bt. during his attendance at Preston Borough sessions. He has noted the plea, P.G. for pleaded guilty, and the sentence which ranges from one month to seven years transportation. A loose document at the back concerns a John Greenhalgh. The calendar was printed by William Addison, Preston.
