Summary
A bottle jack, a device for cooking meat over an open fire. Bottle shaped with a long neck and a hinged handle. Clockwork mechanism for rotating the meat winder covered with a flap embossed 'Salter Extra Strong Warranted'. Has iron ring suspended on a hook underneath with attachments for the meat.
