Summary

Ebonised round frame, glazed, containing miniature pierced paperwork with painted watercolour scene of ships and on verso a partially fixed circular painted paperwork with a hunting scene; and a loose pierced paperwork with floral design and loose back. George III.

Provenance

Created by Alexander, Lord Peckover, in the mid 19th-century and passed down through the family. Loaned to the National Trust by the Antony Penrose Collection.
