Summary

Panelling (including dado rail and skirting board) on the west wall of the Steward's Room. The dark varnished panelling dates to the 19th century refurbishment of the room. There is a mix of wide and narrow panels above and below the dado rail. The bottom section of the skirting board is a replacement. There is a single panel above the door to the West Corridor. At one point the door was held open, the hook fitting has been removed.
