Summary
A fine quality silver gilt basin, the flat of the rim applied with a modified vitruvian scroll and swags, engraved at the centre with the armorial shield for the 10th Earl of Westmoreland impaled by the arms of Sarah daughter of Robert Child.
Provenance
Jersey bequest, March 1993. The early provenance of the service remains a mystery.
