Summary
Plate, from an English partial 26-piece dinner service, ironstone, transfer printed under the glaze in blue with a Louis XV-style pattern, identified in the back stamp as the 'AYLMER' pattern, comprising two covered vegetable dishes, two tureens, covers, stands and ladles, two oval serving dishes and 12 plates, printed marks of Bishop and Stonier, Hanley, Staffordshire, circa. 1891-1933.
