Summary

Semi-circular steel casing, one of a pair, purpose unknown. One end flanged but otherwise open, the other partly closed by a welded (?) plate with shaped cutout to fit whatever it encased, pierced with boltholes for attachment. Sides also pierced with boltholes at edge. Blanked off flanged pipe fitting in side. Sides constructed from two plates with welded seam down middle. Black paint to exterior.
