Summary
Framed phoograph. Jacqueline Harriet Alexander (later Birkbeck, later Von-Blixen, later Hoogterp), known as “Cockie” ( b.1892, d. c.1980) with a terrier dog. By Lallie Charles, (1869-1919), around 1914. Framed in a glazed oval leather frame with gilt decorative lines and leather flap stand by, stamped in gilt on the flap “Walter Jonees 195 & 196 Sloane St SW”. Inscribed in ink on the photograph “Cockie”. Jacqueline Alexander was a close childhood friend of Maud Russell's.
