Summary
Venetian glass, decorative mosaic covering the inside of the dome, foliate bands in a blue ground separate the dome into eight segments, terminating in the centre with an overlaid star and in the centre of this a gold sun on a blue ground. Each segment contains a figure, which represent Christ the King, the Madonna, two seraphims, and the four archangels; Uriel, Raphael, Michael and Gabriel.
