Summary
The body to the cylindrical 'Mustard Plaster' tube, containing advertisement and plaster. Metal tin tube with gold coloured base and steel inside. The outside is decorated in a silver, yellow and brown pattern. On the front 'TRADE "NATIONAL" MARK MUSTARD PLASTER ON FINE COTTON CLOTH MUST BE KEPT IN A DRY PLACE'. On the back 'MADE FROM ENGLISH MUSTARD AND THOROUGHLY RELIABLE. Far superior to all Foreign Plasters or Leaves. DIRECTIONS. - Cut a piece of the plaster the required size and immerse in cold or warm water for a few seconds. When thoroughly wet apply WITH PRESSURE from 10 - 2- minutes according to necessity; children from 7 - 15 minutes.', and 'Half Yard' in between. All text is brown on a solid yellow background.
