Newspaper cutting from the Worksop Guardian 31st January 1916 Public Notices THE LICENSING (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1910 Notice of Imposition of Charges under Section 21 of the Act. COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Compensation Authority for the above Area have imposed, under section 21 of the Licensing (Consolidation) Act, 1910, for the year 1916, charges in respect of licences at the following rates, viz:-One quarter of the maximum rate of charge set out in the Third Schedule (Part 1) to the Act.
